We are proud of our largest foreign project to date – One&Only Gorilla’s Nest Lodge Rwanda.
We completed our first project in Africa in a period of two years, from 2018 to 2020. We worked on the project together with other BiH companies, and we are especially proud that the best hotel in Africa is the work of BiH hands!
One&Only Gorilla’s Nest was declared the best hotel complex in Africa in 2021 by Condé Nast Traveler.
Our investor in this project was the world’s most luxurious hotel chain, One&Only/Mirage Dubai. The successfully completed project was handed over in 2019, for which we received praise and recommendations from the Investor.
Our company delivered and installed complete mechanical installations: heating, cooling, ventilation, gas installation and water preparation for pool technology.
The following is built in:
- five ventilation air conditioning chambers, with a total flow of 30,000 m³/h.
- heat pump with a capacity of 50 kW,
- complete kitchen ventilation system with central eco hood and accompanying systems,
- air conditioning of the entire space with Mitsubishi air conditioning systems (30 split systems),
- floor heating system,
- electrical blocks,
- ventilation of all toilets.
Complete equipment for this facility was exported from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
