We are proud of our largest foreign project to date – One&Only Gorilla’s Nest Lodge Rwanda
We completed our first project in Africa in a period of two years, from 2018 to 2020. We worked on the project together with other B&H companies, and we are especially proud that the best hotel in Africa is the work of B&H hands!
One&Only Gorilla’s Nest was declared the best hotel complex in Africa in 2021 by Condé Nast Traveler.
Our investor in this project was the world’s most luxurious hotel chain, One&Only/Mirage Dubai. The successfully completed project was handed over in 2019, for which we received praise and recommendations from the Investor.
Our company delivered and installed complete mechanical installations: heating, cooling, ventilation, gas installation and water preparation for pool technology.
The following is built in:
- five ventilation air conditioning chambers, with a total flow of 30,000 m³/h.
- heat pump with a capacity of 50 kW,
- complete kitchen ventilation system with central eco hood and accompanying systems,
- air conditioning of the entire space with Mitsubishi air conditioning systems (30 split systems),
- floor heating system,
- electrical blocks,
- ventilation of all toilets
Complete equipment for this facility was exported from Bosnia and Herzegovina. We stayed in contact with the investor for future international projects.
